You may receive an explanation of benefits from your insurance company stating you owe the cost of COVID-19 test kits from either Tiero or Village Green Apothecary.  THIS IS NOT A BILL.  Please disregard this charge, as you will never be billed directly for the cost of your FREE COVID-19 test kits.

If you are covered under a US based health insurance plan, you are eligible for free COVID tests.

Tiero will bill your insurance company on your behalf and ship your order to your provided address as soon as we receive payment from your insurance.

You can get 8 tests per person, per month. For example, a family of four all on the same plan would be able to get up to 32 tests covered by their health plan per month.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, just sit back and relax, Tiero will handle the rest. We will submit claims to your insurance on your behalf and ship your order as soon as we receive payment from your insurance. You can log into the Tiero portal at any time to check the status of an order.

No. Even if your insurance typically has a deductible or copay, there is no fee associated with receiving our Covid tests. The tests are shipped free of charge at $0 cost to you.

The tests have been authorized for use under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)

Yes, each family member who has valid insurance is eligible to receive up to 8 tests per person, per month (up to 5 family members if on the same plan)

 You can cancel your account at any time! For instructions on how to submit a request to cancel your account and stop future deliveries please click here to cancel registration.

You may voluntarily report your COVID-19 test results to public health agencies by visiting Make My Test Count. Make My Test Count is a third party website and Tiero will not have access to the information provided.
